Hypatia Newsletter
Here is a an example of the type of integrated content service offered by SiteLeads.net.
The newletter itself is delivered in PDF format, with links from it back to specific pages on Hypatia Clinic's website.
As part of the service, SiteLeads.net performed the following:
- Cleaned up the contents of five disparate sources of over 3,500 prospect email addresses, created a brand-new gmail account and set up all propsect contact emails as contacts in that new account. The Newsletter was sent with a link back to the Newsletter PDF on the website, not as an attachment. This way, interest could be measured using the built-in Google Analytics in the Hypatia website.
- Designed the new Newsletter to match the look-and-feel of the new Hypatia website. Chose artwork and textual content for it, and wove both into a clean and inviting piece of marketing material.
- Added full contact information and invitation to opt-out.
- Dedicating the new gmail account to the Newsletter allowed us to monitor bounced email and further clean the email database for future releases of th Newsletter.
- Integrating the Newletter distribution through the website gave us several pieces of valuable marketing information, such as:
(a) the % of recipients who opened the Newsletter,
(b) the % of recipients who followed it with an email, comment or phonecall
(c) the exact return on investment: Dollars returned from dollars invested.
