November, 2009, Light Matters goes live with its new website DesignerLightingFixtures.com, to supplement its existing lmatters.com website.

The Challenge:

Create a website that is easy to navigate via Designer, Manufacturer, Style or Room Type. Allow users to add multiple products to an on-page shopping cart, including price markups to a single product by way of product modifications and/or additions. For example, "add $125 to price for titanium stand". Multiple price variations were necessary depending on shopper selection. Images were to be accessible via in-page gallery. Logos and banners from dozens of Designers and Brands.

Most of all, pages were to be fully search optimized to maximize search traffic.

Delivered:

A complete website presence that even before launch, was picking up search traffic. Shoppers can mix-and-match their product preferences and add to a shopping cart as they browse to and fro within the new website. Orders can be edited back and forth between the website and Google Checkout. Full use of the Content Management System's crisp and elegant image display functionality to enhance the visitor's experience.
