Not all web presence development happens in a planned fashion, or to a predefined and predictable timetable. Sometimes you need something added to your website quickly. Or you need it done on the weekend, or late in the evening. Every Siteleads client can take advantage of our on-call development package, at either of two levels. Level 1: Basic Per-Hour ServiceRequests for development work are done promptly, usually in the same day. Work is charged at $125/hour. |

| A single invoice for the entire month's development work is sent at the end of month and is payable upon receipt. If no service requests are made, there is no amount due. | |
Level 2: Premium Service
Development requests are given top priority. In almost every case, the work is done immediately, even on weekends.
This package is ideal for clients who (1) wish changes to be made quickly and (2) have several hours of development work requirements per month. If development work exceeds five hours in a given month, additional per-hour development work is charged at the preferred customer discounted rate of $100/hour.
The Premium Web Service costs $395/month. It can be canceled at any time during a month to finish at the end of that month. An invoice is automatically sent at the beginning of each month, is payable upon receipt, and covers the following month.
What does our Web Service Package cover?
Here are some examples of the kind of work provided by Siteleads to its clients who have signed up for either package:
- Instant, same-day changes and additions to your website, in almost every case. (Premium Service)
- Artwork to support a new page, blog posting or other type of content.
- Creation of a PDF to support messaging or information delivery.
- Addition of contact entry details, with obscured back-end handling of email addresses, on any page of the website.
- Setup of Google Checkout Buy Now functionality.
- Revision/editing of blog postings to correct spelling and grammar, and maximize search engine traffic by adjustment of keywords, headers, titles, etc.
- Notification of any new search traffic opportunities or risks that Siteleads becomes aware of.
- Voice and email support for any web presence related issue that our client wishes to explore.
- Other changes, like website look-and-feel adjustments, new sections, revision of old sections, sort order, links to vendors, suppliers, etc..
